Registration Information
Register for the International Business Conference online and receive immediate confirmation. Once the form has been submitted online, you will receive an immediate confirmation via email as long as you entered a valid email address. If you don’t receive a confirmation letter, please call Registration Headquarters at the number below to make sure your registration was completed successfully.

If you prefer not to register online, you still have the option of mailing your registration form with a check or credit card payment to:

Important. Please read the following rules in regard to your registration.

The registration plan you choose is based on when you complete and return your registration form with payment. THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. You may pay the entire registration fee in full. Registration forms postmarked by midnight, the day of the deadline will be honored at the lower rate.

If you register with the installment plan, your deposit may be made by check or billed to your credit card. If you pay your deposit by credit card, your credit card will AUTOMATICALLY be billed on dates indicated for the balance due for your specific plan. There will be a $25 service charge each time a credit card is declined. If you pay by check, a reminder notice will be sent to you notifying you of any balance due to your specific plan. All registration fees not received in full by 12/1/08 will be increased to the on-site rate of $699.

Cancellations must be received in writing to COLDWELL BANKER International Business Conference, Attn: Registration Headquarters. Cancellation fee of $100 applies until January 7, 2009. No cancellations will be accepted after January 7, 2009. There is a transfer fee of $25 applicable at the time of transfer. Please call Registration Headquarters at the phone number listed above to receive a transfer form.

You recognize and understand that neither Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC nor its affiliates, including Realogy Corporation, are providing transportation, lodging, meals, recreational and other services to you. You agree that the direct providers of those services shall be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage you may sustain, and neither Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC nor any of its affiliates are the agents of the providers.

The 2009 COLDWELL BANKER International Business Conference is not open to the general public. Registration for anyone not a member of the COLDWELL BANKER System is subject to the approval of Conference Headquarters. Guests must be registered with a Conference Registrant. Members of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC and its affiliates may not register as a Guest.

The Social/Guest Package includes admittance to the Welcome Event, General Sessions, COLDWELL BANKER MarketPlace, Awards Programs and Final Night Celebration. Attendees under the age of 21 can receive complimentary admission to the General Sessions and COLDWELL BANKER MarketPlace only if accompanied by a full paid registrant (Not including Social/Guest). Due to alcohol being served, attendees under the age of 21 will not be admitted to the Welcome Event, Awards Programs and Final Night Celebration.
